TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.46 OF 2018 By Kiema Muumbi, of P.O. Box 3 1-90300, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Viti Muumbi Nthiwa, who died at Kaunguni. CAUSE No.52 OF 2018 By (I) Ronald Muema Gasper and (2) Elijah Gasper Muema, both of P.O. Box 619-00204, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felista Muthoki Musau, who died at Athi River Shalom Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
