REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Leonard Ouma Ouru and (2) Mary Aoko Ouru, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 3.33 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Migori, registered under title No. Suna West/Wiga12559, and whereas sufticient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration èf sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed proyided that no objection has been received within that period.
