PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 27 (1) of the Kisumu County Assembly Standing Orders, a notice is given to the Members of 6th April, 2018 Kisumu County Assembly and the general public that there will be a special sitting of the Assembly on Thursday, 5th April, 2018 at the Assembly Plenary Chambers at 2.30 p.m. to deliberate and approve the Kisumu County Supplementary Appropriations Bill, 2018. GAZETrE NOTICE NO. 3223 THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT (No. 17 of 2012) THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY SERVICES ACT (No. 24 of2017) TANA RIVER COUNTY ASSEMBLY SERVICE BOARD APPOINTMENT IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 18 of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017 the Tana River County Assembly Service Board appoints- ABDULLAHI DAYIB HUSSEIN to be the Clerk of the County Assembly of Tana River and the Secretary to the Tana River County Assembly Service Board, with effect from the 15th February, 2018. His responsibilities shall be as spelt out in sections 17, 19 and 20 of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017. Dated the 4th April, 2018. M. J.
