PURSUANT to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle KAZ 807B, Nissan UD, lying at the premises of Kyevaluki Services Limited to collect the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction in order to recover storage charges.
