NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to (I) Eunice Kisiluand (2) George Williams the owners of cargo loaded Policy No. SMI465251 in the name of Johnson Kang'ara Irungu. NOTICE is given that evidence of loss or destruction of the above policy document has been submitted to the company and any person in possession of it or claiming to have interest therein should communicate within thirty days (30) by registered post with the company, failing any such communication a certified duplicate copy of the policy document which shall be the sole evidence of the contract will be issued.
