TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSENO.90 OF 2017
By (1) Nashuru ene Rinka and (2) Murianka Kisaika, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pasha Rinka alias Pashar
Rinka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st
November, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in theKenya Gazette.
