CAUSE No. 464 OF 2017 By (1) Joseph Njuguna Charles and (2) Charles Njoroge Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 1027, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Njoroge Kinyanjui, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th August, 2010. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2018 By (1) Brenda Frida Chepkoskei and (2) Benson K. Bett, both of P.O. Box 903, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kipkorir Bett, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
