Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvus Owiti Kogalo Kojak, who died at Ndhiwa, on 26th September, 2001. CAUSE No.38 "B" OF 2017 By James Osewe Ouma, of P.O. Box 125, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ouma Nena, who died at Homa Bay, on 18th November, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
