Box 181, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Mbogo, who died at Kerugoya Medical, on 23rd February, 2017. CAUSE No. 264 OF 2017 By Rugh Igoki and (2) Harrison Mwaniki Njeru, both of P.O. Box 7716, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Espon Njeru Timothy Makenge alias Espon N. T. Makenge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2010. CAUSE No. 276 OF 2017 By Silas Mwaniki Nyaga, of P.O. Box 71, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nyaga Kirangi, who died at Kwanduambogo, Mbeere, on 12th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2018 By Francis Njuki Njogu, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagane Nthakuthe, who died at Kirie Sub-location, on 17th May, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazelle.
