TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 221 OF 2016 By (1) Edward Mulandi Mwania, of P.O. Box 10958-00100, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Martha Musyawa Mwania, of P.O. Box 58, Nziu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwania Masika Tama ,who died at Nziu. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
