TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. I0F 2018 By John Ndungu Gichuhi, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuhi Mburu, who died at Ngararia, on 10th December, 1998. CAUSE No.4 OF 2018 By (1) Jacob Kagaru Mungai and (2) Daniel Kariuki Mungai, both of P.O. Box 1, Kndara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuhi Mburu, who died at Ngararia, on 30th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered -within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
