WHEREAS Joram Mburu Mwangi (ID/4275450), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0495 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Man Summit/Mob Block 1/486 (Mutirithia), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
