No. 209/14844, Situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 176709/I, and whereas Manuel Mwawaza Shambi, -. executed an instrument of transfer of (1) Idealyic Company Limited and (2) Pinetech International Limited, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of Section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 176709/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer by assent.
