COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned development plan was on 4th April, 2018, completed. The development plan relates to land situated in Siaya Municipality, Siaya County. Copies of the development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Sub-County Administrator, Alego Usonga and Deputy County Commissioner, Alego Usengo. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the County Director of Physical Planning, Sub-County Administrator, Alego Usonga and Deputy County Commissioner, Alego Usengo, between the hours of 8.00 am, to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above.named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 803-40600, Siaya, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 6th April, 2018.
