TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 238 OF 2017 By (1) Adelina Ndeto Mwau and (2) Peter Mulinge Mwau, both of P.O. Box 96-90139, Nunguni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theresia Nundu Mwau alias Theresia Rhoda Peter Mwau, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No.2 OF 2018 By (1) Dorothy Paul Mumo and (2) Nancy Mumo, both of P.O. Box 248, Kibwezi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mulalya Mumo, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
