TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 224 OF 2015 By Motatiro Machenesi Musana, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musana s/o Siantai alias Musana Sintai Musana, who died at Kiomakebe Sub-location, on 20th March, 1989. CAUSE No.4 OF 2018 By Sitera Kabarika Kagon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magere Mwita, who died at Kurutiyange Sub- location, on 5th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
