TAKE NOTiCE that applications having been made in this Court in: CAUSE NO.74 OF 2017 By (1) Beatrice Changawa Kanzao and (2) Nathaniel Nwagandi Kinzao, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Changawa Kanzao, who died at Mgurureni, on 4th July, 1978. CAUSENO.75 OF2017 By (1) Frankline Karisa Kadenge and (2) Changawa Karisa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kadenge Jefwa, who died at Malindi, on 14th October. 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
