REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njamwea Warukira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiine/Gacharo/1969, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Baricho in succession cause No. 107 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Patrick Gichuru Njamwea, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Njamwea Warukira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 13th July, 2018. J. K.
