NOTICE is given that preparation of the above development plan was on 18th April, 2017, completed. THE KENYA GAZETTE 13th July, 2018 2148 2148 The development plan relates to land situated within County Governement of Kirinyaga, Kirinyaga West Sub-County. Copies of the development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of County Physical Planning Officer, Kirinyaga and the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kirinyaga West. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of County Physical Planning Officer, Kirinyaga and the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kirinyaga West, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 483, Kerugoya, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication. And that any such representation or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 25th June, 2018. W.
