NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle Eicher Truck Chassis/Frame No. 828293 lying uncollected in the premises of J & K Investments (K) Limited on L.R. No. 209/8860, Industrial Area, Nairobi under the care of Skyline Holdings Limited to take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage and any other related charges failure to which the same shall be disposed off by way of public auction or private treaty by Milestone Auctioneers, of P.O. Box 79157–00400, Nairobi, without notice and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.. Dated the 29th June, 2018.
