TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 484 OF 2015 By Lawrence Owenga Wasambla, (2) Othieno Akoth Edward and (3) Benjamin D. A. Wasambala, all of P.O. Box 3725-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Elijah Wasambla, who died at North East Gem Location, Siaya, on 26th January, 1994. CAUSENO. 965 OF 2015 By sylvester Obumba Apudo, of P.O. Box 155, Kombewa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayieko Oturi, who died at East Katieno, Seme, on 30th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
