Ondijo Mitta, the deceased's grandson and debtor, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Ouko Waradi alias Leonida Ouko Uradi, who died at East Kadinga, Kisumu, on 4th December, 2007. CAUSE No.892 OF 2017 By Susan Akinyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Onyango Onyando alias Onyando Onyando, who died on 21st December, 2011. CAUSE NO. 298 OF 2018 By Remigius Odero Orao, of P.O. Box 4367-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gaya Ade Ade, who died on 18th June, 1992. CAUSE No.354 OF 2018 By (1) Roslida Awuor Onyango and (2) Nevine Odhiambo Ochieng, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Ochieng Odero, who died on 5th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. 358 OF 2018 By George Odhiambo Aringo, the deceased's cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Yogo Odek, who died at Sidho East II, on 16th May, 1996. CAUSE No. 464 OF 2018 By Caleb Otieno Auma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Auma Kirande, who died on 12th December, 1990.
