REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Joseph Nzau Mulunga and (2) John Mutua Mulunga, both of P.O. Box 375, Mwingi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as parcel L.R. No. 4096/251, situate in the district of Kitui, by virtue a grant registered as IR. No. 3595/I, and whereas the Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of (1) Joseph Nzau Mulunga and (2) John Mutua Mulunga, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as IR. No. 3595/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
