whereas Betty Mtanda Nyawade has refused to surrender the land title deed issued erroneously to her after sub-division of land parcel East Gem/Nyamninia/1263, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed known as East GemlNyamninia/1263 and restore the land titles known as East Gem/Nyamninia/1847, 1848 and 1849 and register Walter Edwin Ominde as the proprietor, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Betty Mtanda Nyawade, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
