IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, I intend to apply to the Chief Justice, for leave under rule 3 to destroy the court records and files as set out below:
Civil cases 1989-1998
Civil appeal 1989
Civil E. J. cases 1985-1997
All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of the records shall under section 4 be deemed to be part of the records for the purposes of destruction.
