IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (b) of the Civil Aviation (Amendment) Act, 2016 the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development appoints- CAPT. GILBERT MACHARIA KIBE to be the Director-General of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 23rd April, 2018. JAMES W.
