NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Francis Mukiti, of P.O. Box 3408, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAG 392M, Mazda Van, currently lying uncollected at the premises of Farmers Tractor Car and Boiler Service, behind Loura House, opposite Seas Motors Garage, Nakuru, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage and any other related charges failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty without any further notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to him.
