WHEREAS Mumbai Roma (Kenya) Limited, of P.O. Box 1007, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of Shop No. 9, erected on all that piece of land known as Plot No. 10073 Malindi, situate in Malindi in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 28191, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
