NOTICE is given that an application for Voluntary Arrangement of the above-named individual by the High Court of Kenya was on 28th June, 2018, presented to the 'd court by the firm of Meritad Law Africa LLP, Pitman House, Ground Floor, Wing B, Jakaya Kikwete Road, P.O Box 2368-00100, Nairubi And the said application is directed to be mentioned and heard before Justice S. A. Opande (Chambers 202) at the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Commercial Courts, Nairobi, on 16th August, 2018 and 14th September, 2018 respectively, and any creditor of the said individual desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said application may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his/her advocate for the purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor of the said individual requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
