REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman, of P.O. Box 76834-00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that, piece of land known as L.R. No. 214/522 (original No. 213/78/I), situate in the city of Nairobi (Muthaiga) in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture registered as Vol. N. 46 Folio 231/I File 14451, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
