GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5824

WHEREAS Makau Kimeu, of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of known as Athi River/Athi River Block 5192, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Machakos in succession cause No. 803 of 2012, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Patrick Ngewa Makau and (2) Ancent Muisyo Makau, both of P.O. Box 1070, Kangundo, and whereas thejudge has in pursuance to an order of the said Court executed a confirmation of grant of the said piece of land in favour of the said beneficiaries, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Patrick Ngewa Makau and (2) Ancent Musyo Makau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Makau Kimeu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
