REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndaburu Kiundu (deceased), of Kirinyaga, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as KirinyagaIMarurumo/353, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate Court at Wang'uru in succession cause No. 311 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Kiundu Ndaburu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Kiundu Ndaburu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndaburu Kiundu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
