CAUSE No. 148 OF 2018 By (1) Leah Wambui Karenge and (2) Jane Wanjiru Murigi, both of P.O. Box 46141-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruge Karenge, who died at Ngecha, on 24th August, 2001. CAUSE No. 187 OF 2018 By (I) Stephen Kimani Karuu and (2) Jane Wanjiku Nyota, both of P.O. CAUSE No. 253 OF 2018 By Josphat Nduati Njau, of P.O. Box 51, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nduati, who died at Muriranja Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
