Box 696-01001, Kalimoni in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wahiu Gituri, who died at Mwihoko, on 25th December, 2015. Box 24, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gathumbi Ndumbi, who died at Gathugu, Githunguri, on 29th April, 2012. CAUSE No. 124 OF 2018 By (1) Jane Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Rosemary Wambui Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 17005, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shem Karanja Waigwa, who died on 8th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
