TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 225 OF 2017 By (1) Nancy Wanjiru and (2) Doriccas Njeri Kimata, both of P.O. Box 4, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Wanjiku Kimata alias Maritha Wanjiku alias Maritha Wanjiku Kimatha alias Martha Wanjiku Kimatha, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
