TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. 127 OF 2018 By Robert Kimeli Kiprop, of P.O. Box 11, Moiben in Kenya, through Messrs. R. M. Wafula & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprop arap Kech, late of Moiben, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
