TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2018 By Joan Chepkemoi, of P.O. Box 125, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kipkoskei Cheruiyot, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2005. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2018 By (1) Richard Kibii Mutai and (2) Charles Kipkemoi Mutai, both of P.O. Box 52, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Chepkwony alias Kipkoech A. Chepkwony, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
