TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2017 By Kupala Majani Lutukei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tomiano Urutia, who died at Kamoi, on 13th August, 2006. CAUSE No. 35 OF 2018 By Milka Wangui Mwariri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Mwareri Mwangi, who died at Mt. Elgon Annex Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the elate of rIblicatio.n cf thi; notice in the Kenya Gazette.
