CAUSE No. 153 OF 2018 By (1) Esina Moran Pengo and (2) Mercy Nyaboke Mokamba, both of P.O. Box 134, Keurnbu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Mokamba Osnbiro, who died on 9th March, 2017.
