Box 403-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyona Musee Musele, who died at Mwakini Sub-location, on 14th May, 2016. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2018 By (1) Syonzia Musyoka and (2) Martha Kakusu, both of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Malombe, who died at Kathungi, on 15th November, 1989. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2018 By Savina Muli, of P.O. Box 194-90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndivo Kangutu, who died at Kwa Vonza, on 12th June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
