TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 28 OF 2018 By (1) Beatrice Simaloi Tameno and (2) Alexander Parmeres Tameno, both of P.O. Box 111, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Naisenya Tameno, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 2009. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2018 By Jacob Payakuoni ole Suiyanga, of P.O. Box 7-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinuthia Kimaro, who died at Olepolos, on 20th December, 2014. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2018 By Stephen Macharia Mwangi, of P.O. Box 17005, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangari Ndungi alias Jane W. Ndungi, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
