TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 14 OF 2018 By (1) Jackson Konene Rinyai and (2) Kulangash ole Rinyai, the deceased's son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tiwua Rinyai alias Tiwua ole Rinyai, who died at Empatipat, on 4th March, 2013. CAUSE No . 15 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Kibet Ketuturi and (2) George Ledama Bett, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Chemurer Lazima, who died at Ohnekenyu, on 7th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
