TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Mwasaha Nzivo and (2) Bonphus Tinga Mwasaha, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkarye Mwasaha Nzivo, who died on 18th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 59 OF 2018 By Kache Philip Ziro, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Charo Ziro, who died at Tezo, Kilifi, on 30th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
