TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 160 OF 2017 By Wiliam Kipruto Kogo, of P.O. Box 56, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir Murei, who died on 13th August, 2002. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2018 By (1) Milka Ngesirei and (2) Philip Sitienei, both of P.O. Box 660- 300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Korgo Tum, who died on 25th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
