TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 42 OF 2018 By (1) Kimani Moses Guchu and (2) Samson Kiarie Wagucu, both of P.O. Box 511-01020, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waguchu Njuguna alias Moses Waguchu, who died at Thika Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 1987. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2018 By (1) John Ndungu Kagoiya, (2) Samson Wainaina Kagoiya and (3) David Wahinya Kagoiya, all of P.O. Box 832-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Kagoiya alias Isaac Ndungu Kagoiya, who died at Mariaini Sub-location, on 14th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
