TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2018 By (1) Judith Moraa Ayiera and (2) Wilfred John Ayiera, both of P.O. Box 2659, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Kesho Ayiera, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2016. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2018 By (1) Margret Kerubo Ogembo and (2) Dennis Onchoka Ogembo, both of P.O. Box 66, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ogembo Mekubo, who died at Hema Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
