TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 28 OF 2017 By Rose Omutiti Amenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Omutiti Amenya, who died at Mulwanda, on 2nd June, 2010. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2018 By Emily Bwakali Mang'ate, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Mangate Omukoko alias Eliud Mangate Philip, who died at Ibokolo in 2015. CAUSE NO. 91 OF 2018 By Sabina Refa Akaki, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhan Akaki Aliaro, who died at Musanda, on 10th October, 2002. CAUSE No. 92 OF 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Atieno Onyango and (2) Carolyne Onyango Oduori, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Wandeka alias Andeka Otuli Ofutumbo, who died at Mayoni Sub-location in 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
