THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Wambugu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 24616-00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mweiga Block 1/844, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 5 of 2016, has issued orders that the said piece of land be transferred to Mercy Mumbi Ndumbi, of P.O. Box 24616-00502, Nairobi, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Mercy Mumbi Ndumbi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Wambugu Kariuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
