WHEREAS Susan Wanjiru Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor 9fall that piece of land known as KiinelKiangai/47 1, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court of Kenya at Sancho inr succession cause No. 11 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Josphat 1(ang'ara Kaniuki, and whereas the said court has executed an application to he registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of Susan Wanjiru Kaniuki (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrurnent.DfR.
