TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle Reg. KAS 251H Nissan B15, KBJ 664P Nissan Wingroad and KBQ 083N Toyota Allion within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are at Hariki Investment Limited, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
